Reception times differ depending on your course.
To avoid congestion and confusion at check-in, please note that we cannot accept early check-ins before your designated reception start time.

Start times are organized according to the riding speed you selected when registering.
To ensure a smooth start process, please arrive at the start area about 10 minutes before your designated start time, and follow the staff’s instructions to prepare for departure.
n the day of the event, participants will start in groups assigned at the start area.
If you wish to ride together with specific people, please gather with them and come to the start area as one group.
Please note that if the number of riders is large, you may be asked to start in separate groups. Thank you for your understanding.
Participant Notifications Will Not Be Sent
Participant notifications will not be sent in advance for this event. Your entry is complete when you receive a payment confirmation email from Sports Entry. Please first make sure you have received that email. All you need to do is show up at the reception desk on the day of the event.

Free parking is available at the main venue, Kitakyushu Airport.

Baggage Storage Service
Baggage storage will be available on the day of the event.
The stamp card provided at reception and the number printed on your helmet sticker will serve as your baggage redemption key. Please be sure to present either one when checking in or picking up your baggage.
To avoid lost items and confusion, please refrain from checking in multiple pieces of luggage per person. We ask for your cooperation in consolidating all items into one.
