On the day of the race, please come to the reception desk at the main venue. After your entry has been checked, you will be given a helmet sticker and stamp card.
❶Attach the helmet sticker to the front of your helmet
Please attach the helmet sticker to identify you as a participant to the front of your helmet.
It may not stick properly on helmets with surface treatments such as matte.
If this occurs, please inform a staff member.
❷Call the emergency contact number in case of an emergency
Emergency contact information is listed on your stamp card.
If you experience an emergency after the start, please follow the steps below to contact us.
What to do in case of an emergency
❶ First, call the emergency contact number listed on your stamp card.
❷ To locate the location of the emergency, scan the QR code with your smartphone. Follow the instructions on the displayed website to submit your location.
❸Present your stamp card at aid stations and checkpoints
After starting the cycling course, present your stamp card at the reception desk at each aid station or checkpoint. After your stamp card is stamped, you will be served food and drinks.
