[Important] Event Day Schedule

Here is information on preparations from registration to the start, as well as guidance for each aid station, checkpoint, and after the finish.
All participants are encouraged to read it in advance.

Please come to the check-in area ready to start immediately.

Check-in times differ depending on your course.
To avoid congestion, check-in will not be available before your designated start time.
Each course has a sufficiently wide check-in window, so please come at a staggered time within your designated period.

Before check-in, please use the restroom and make sure you are ready to start right away.
Bring your helmet with you to check-in (and your belongings if you plan to use the baggage service).
At the check-in desk, tell the staff your name.
Staff will attach a helmet sticker and give you a stamp card.
After that, please proceed to the assembly area.

Attach the helmet sticker firmly to the front of your helmet.
This sticker is required for personal identification in case of emergency and for confirming your passage at checkpoints. Make sure to wear it when you start.

For those participating with friends

Group divisions will be made at the start area on the day of the event.
If you wish to start in the same group, please gather together and come to the start area as a unit.
Depending on the number of participants, you may be separated into different groups — thank you for your understanding.

Your stamp card shows the emergency contact number.
In case of any trouble during your ride, please contact the event team as instructed.

You’ll also need your stamp card to receive food at each aid station and at the finish.
Please take good care of it!

If you use the baggage storage service

You can use the baggage storage service after completing registration.
Please check the notes and instructions before using the service.

Starting Order

Riders will start according to the cruising speed selected at the time of entry:
20 km/h → 25 km/h → 30 km/h and above.
Groups of approximately seven riders will depart every two minutes.

Cold temperatures and wind are expected on the event day.
Please refer to the timetable below and come to the Assembly Area about 10 minutes before your designated start timeto stay warm and ready.

For those participating with friends

Group divisions will be made at the start area on the day of the event.
If you wish to start in the same group, please gather together and come to the start area as a unit.
Depending on the number of participants, you may be separated into different groups — thank you for your understanding.

To help us ensure a smooth start process, please arrive at the Assembly Area approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled time and follow the staff’s instructions to prepare for departure.

Redeem Food with Your Stamp Card

Please present your stamp card at the reception.
(Checkpoints provide drinks only.)
After receiving your stamp, enjoy the local gourmet treats and take a good rest before continuing your ride!

1.Receive Your Finisher Certificate at Registration

After finishing, please stop by the registration desk first.
Your stamp card will be marked with a finish stamp, and you will receive the special edition finisher certificate for this event.
Don’t forget to collect any baggage you left at the start.

2.Pick Up Food at the On-Site Aid Station

After visiting registration, please proceed to the aid station to receive a hamburger and tofu soup.

Parking

A temporary event-designated parking area will be available next to the main venue on the day of the event.
Please note that parking in the Kitakyushu Airport parking lot is not permitted — be sure to proceed to the event-designated parking area.

Participant Notifications Will Not Be Sent

Participant notifications will not be sent in advance for this event. Your entry is complete when you receive a payment confirmation email from Sports Entry. Please first make sure you have received that email. All you need to do is show up at the reception desk on the day of the event.

Baggage Storage Service

Baggage storage will be available on the day of the event.
The stamp card provided at reception and the number printed on your helmet sticker will serve as your baggage redemption key. Please be sure to present either one when checking in or picking up your baggage.

To avoid lost items and confusion, please refrain from checking in multiple pieces of luggage per person. We ask for your cooperation in consolidating all items into one.
